Life is best lived with a labrador or three by your side!  

Our founder has over 20 years’ experience working with many different animals as a safari guide and at Zoos Victoria for over 10 years. However, her favourite animal is still the labrador! 

Having lived with Labradors since birth, we are passionate about their affectionate and loving nature and exceptional temperament.  

Our mission is to share the joy of being a Labrador parent with Australian families, helping to create lifelong bonds filled with love and companionship. As a proud new parent myself, I couldn't ask for a better fur sibling for my son than a devoted Labrador.

Our Dogs

We are a registered labrador breeder with Dogs Victoria (Victorian Canine Association) and a member of the Labrador Retriever
Club of Victoria.  We breed labradors that are of excellent quality through strong bloodlines and sound hip and elbow scores.

All of our labradors are DNA tested and have clearance certificates for PRA (an inherited disease that causes blindness
in dogs) and EIC (genetic neuromuscular disorder that causes dogs to collapse after strenuous exercise).  

We aim to breed labrador puppies for temperament as that is what drew us to the breed in the first place. Labradors are the
most loving, gentle, people-oriented breed and will be an integral part of your family unit.

Steps to having a labrador join your family

Join the waitlist for an upcoming litter
Join via our website to email/phone pyreneeslabradors@gmail.com or 0448 512 230.
Phone consultation & questions answered
We will discuss any questions you may have.
Follow up with the email questionnaire so we get an idea of your families requirements and pay $500 deposit to hold a puppy.
Once we have had a phone consultation, we will send you a questionnaire and you will be required to pay your $500 deposit.
Arrange transport/discuss food/insurance/immunisations and receive updates on the litter.
Pay instalments or balance of invoice by litter due date
At around 6 weeks you will be able to meet your puppy
We will welcome you to meet your gorgeous new puppy.
Collect your puppy at around 9-12 weeks old for their forever home
We will arrange a time with you to pick up your puppy.
